Meet Team Dartmouth

Hareesh Chander

Hareesh Chander grew up in Dallas, TX, but moved north to colder weather to attend the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a dual degree in Business and Computer Science at UPenn. After undergrad, Hareesh moved a bit farther north to New York City where he was an investment banking analyst in the Natural Resources group at J.P. Morgan.  He then joined the management development program at McMaster-Carr Supply Company, an industrial supply distribution company. Most recently, Hareesh joined the Tuck Class of 2010 (yet even colder territory . . .).  Hareesh is focusing on marketing and strategy coursework at Tuck, and he will be joining General Mills in Minneapolis, MN after graduating.

Prashant Hegde

Prashant Hegde is a second-year MBA candidate at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Prior to joining Tuck, Prashant worked for 4 years as consultant in Inforte’s Customer Relationship Management practice. He has business process expertise in all functional areas of customer management: sales automation, marketing, partner relationship management, call centers and service. Prashant’s industry experience spans across the software, automotive, industrial tools and pharmaceutical sectors. Last summer, he interned at Microsoft Corp. where he worked on pricing for cloud-based software offerings. Additionally, Prashant serves on the board of the Upper Valley United Way as part of Tuck’s Allwin Initiative for Corporate Citizenship.

John Lojek

John Lojek completed a BA and Masters at the University of Virginia.  After experiencing the innovation and technology advances of the dot-com world in San Francisco, he joined Appian in 2001, a startup technology consultancy in Washington D.C., and over the next seven years helped grow the company into the top pure-play Business Process Management software firm.  Last summer he worked in the Luxury Division of L’Oreal on the global marketing team for Ralph Lauren Fragrances in New York, exploring an interest in global brand strategy.  He is currently a second year student at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Co-Chair of the Marketing Club and Motorcycle/Automotive Club, and an MBA Fellow in the Glassmeyer/McNamee Center for Digital Strategies.

Paul Smart

Paul Smart is a second-year MBA student at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he has focused on marketing and innovation. Prior to Tuck, he was an IT consultant with KPMG in Los Angeles. Paul comes from a family of nine, and grew up as an Army brat. He has spent time living in Germany, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, as well as 10 different states across the US. Paul will be joining Amazon after Tuck to help launch their new online grocery service. He enjoys eating pizza and playing Settlers of Catan.
