Meet Team Notre Dame
Sarah Louise Windham
Originally from Mississippi, Sarah Louise Windham graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in Art History. She worked in magazine journalism for two years before switching to non-profit public relations. Sarah Louise is in the marketing concentration, and hopes to return to the non-profit sector after graduation. Currently the MBA Association Vice President of Community Outreach, she is adjusting to the Indiana winters thanks to hot tea and electric blankets.
Balakrishnan Rangan
Balakrishnan Rangan is a second year MBA student at the University of Notre Dame, concentrating on Corporate Finance. He graduated in 2003 from Anna University in Chennai, India with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has five years of IT consulting and Project Management experience in the telecom domain. At Notre Dame, he served as the VP of the Net Impact chapter, working with social entrepreneurs and community development organizations. He has also actively participated in several case competitions focusing on strategy, finance and marketing. In the summer of 2009, he interned at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Amsterdam, working in the Financial Control unit of their Global Transaction Services division.
Susan Guttler
Susan Guttler is a 1st year MBA student at the University of Notre Dame. With a genuine passion for media and entertainment, Susan has worked with Cosmopolitan magazine, MTV Asia, Universal Pictures and most recently, with NBC Sports during the national broadcast of Notre Dame football. At Notre Dame, she is the president of the MBA Media and Entertainment Club and Vice President of the Asian MBA Club, with career goals are in integrated marketing and branded entertainment for television.
Adam Anderson
Adam Anderson is a second year MBA student at the University of Notre Dame who is concentrating on Corporate Finance. Prior to his MBA, Adam received a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California – Davis, followed by three years as a financial analyst in both the retail and electronics industries. At Notre Dame, he served as the VP of the Case Competition Committee, is active in the Finance and Investment clubs, and is involved in intramural sports. He has previous victories in both case competitions and Rock Band tournaments. This past summer, Adam interned for Boeing in their Capital division in Seattle, WA.
Christina Vaughn
Christina Vaughn, a second-year MBA student at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, is concentrating her studies on Marketing and Communications. She graduated in 2000 from Whitman College with a degree in English Literature and worked in the publishing and marketing industries for eight years before pursuing her MBA. While at ND she has been actively involved in the Net Impact and Marketing clubs, captains the MBA soccer team, and was the VP of the Case Competition Committee, as well as a member of several successful Case Competition teams. This past summer, she interned at a marketing strategy agency, dunnhumbyUSA, in Cincinnati and hopes to return to the Pacific NW after graduation.
Colin Kresse
Colin Kresse is a second-year MBA student at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. Colin’s concentration is on Marketing and Consulting strategies. Colin graduated with his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Economics with his minor in International Relations and competed on many victorious debate and Model UN teams as an undergrad. Colin worked as a medical sales manager in Washington D.C. and Virginia as a sales territory manager in Advanced Wound Care before pursuing his MBA. While at ND Colin was elected as Chief Communications Officer for the MBAA, played as a member of the MBA football team, and has been a member of several successful Case Competition Teams. Colin is looking to pursue a career in medical consulting.
