His time in his native Bangladesh, a poor developing country has driven his desire for humanitarian efforts and is a key reason for his involvement in volunteer activities. At the end of the day Maraz is still young and would characterize a perfect day as one just relaxing with friends and family.

Jeff comes from a diverse educational background stretching from his time in Taiwan to Western Canada and now the University of Toronto. Aside from school his greatest passion is music. Playing violin in his youth and evolving to the guitar overtime. He is still passionate about writing music and has even found modest fame on YouTube where his music page has nearly 2000 subscribers. He is a huge fan of volleyball, graphic t-shirts, and IMAX movies.

  • Fun Facts

    • Jason: I created by own web development firm at the age of 14. Still going, but shifted it into more of a not-for-profit strategy agency, specializing in affordable solutions for organizations that have a big message and need even a bigger campaign.

    • Maraz: I grow a playoff beard for NHL Playoffs. I spent two weeks in the Arctic Circle town of Grise Fiord. I am a huge fan of Food network and have developed a passion for cooking because of it.
    • Jeff: I liked the musical genre metalcore a lot for 3 years, while nobody guessed it. I slept in a desert with no blankets or sleeping bag.
    • Daniel: My first flight will be to North Carolina for the Wake Forest competition. If I could eat any food for the rest of my life, it would be pasta.
